  The subject of the invention are new mitochondrially targeted E/Z isomers of aliphatic triphenylphosphonium derivatives of tamoxifen where the aliphatic chain is alkyl or alkenyl, and their corresponding tertiary amine salts and/or their mixture (MitoTAX).
