Thermolysis of the 1-(2′-phenylcyclopropyl)tetrahydroisoquinoline N-oxide derivative 3b in butyronitrile/mesitylene gave the 1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2,3-benzoxazepine derivative 4b and the 2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-10,11-dimethoxy-3-methyl-5-phenyl-1H-4,3-benzoxazecine 5b, the first representative of the 4,3-benzoxazecine system, in low yield. 1-(2'-苯基环丙基)四氢异喹啉N-氧化物衍生物3b在丁腈/均三甲苯中的热解得到1,3,4,5-四氢-2,3-苯并x并pine庚因衍生物4b和2,3,5,6-四氢-10,11-二甲氧基-3-甲基-5-苯基-1H -4,3-苯并x嗪5b(4,3-苯并a嗪系统的第一个代表)收率低。5b的结构通过X射线晶体学确认。1-环丙基四氢异喹啉N-氧化物衍生物3a的热解仅产生2,3-苯并x杂庚因衍生物4a。
