  本发明公开了一种4,4‘‑（六氟亚异丙基）二邻苯二甲酸酐的制备方法，包括：a）准确称量N‑烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺以及催化剂，搅拌加热至90‑110℃溶解；缓慢滴加水合六氟丙酮，加热到100‑130℃边搅拌边反应22‑80h后出料得到4,4‑（六氟异亚丙基）双（N‑烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺）；b）通过加碱水解，再酸化得到六氟四酸；c）脱水得到4,4‘‑（六氟亚异丙基）二邻苯二甲酸酐。本发明采用六氟丙酮与特定N‑烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺在特定催化剂作用下直接反应制备六氟二酐，省却了传统方法中需要将甲基氧化步骤，避免了使用金属类氧化物，环境污染小，且为常压反应，无需高压反应，降低了反应危险性，且制备得到的4,4‘‑（六氟亚异丙基）二邻苯二甲酸酐的纯度高，收率高达87%以上。
