    本发明公开了一种4,4‘‑(六氟亚异丙基)二邻苯二甲酸酐的制备方法,包括:a)准确称量N‑烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺以及催化剂,搅拌加热至90‑110℃溶解;缓慢滴加水合六氟丙酮,加热到100‑130℃边搅拌边反应22‑80h后出料得到4,4‑(六氟异亚丙基)双(N‑烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺);b)通过加碱水解,再酸化得到六氟四酸;c)脱水得到4,4‘‑(六氟亚异丙基)二邻苯二甲酸酐。本发明采用六氟丙酮与特定N‑烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺在特定催化剂作用下直接反应制备六氟二酐,省却了传统方法中需要将甲基氧化步骤,避免了使用金属类氧化物,环境污染小,且为常压反应,无需高压反应,降低了反应危险性,且制备得到的4,4‘‑(六氟亚异丙基)二邻苯二甲酸酐的纯度高,收率高达87%以上。
