Fluorofenidone(AKF-PD)是AMR69的类似物,不仅具有同等的抗纤维化活性,而且毒性较低、半衰期较长。Fluorofenidone部分通过抑制PI3K/Akt信号通路来调控NADPH氧化酶和细胞外基质(ECM)的沉积,从而减轻肾间质纤维化的发生。
