The reaction with cyanacetamide of bromoderivatives , obtained from aldehydes, gives access to 6-amino-3-cyano-2 (1H) pyridones . A non cyclized intermediate was isolated; 13C NMR data are reported.
由醛获得的溴代衍生物与氰乙酰胺的反应可得到6-氨基-3-氰基-2(1H)吡啶酮。分离出非环化中间体。报告了13 C NMR数据。
Niobium(V) Chloride Catalyzed Oxidation of Dithioacetals with 30% Hydrogen Peroxide: A Concise Preparation of Bissulfonylmethylene Compounds
The oxidation of dithioacetals with 16 eq of 30% hydrogenperoxide in the presence of 10 mol% niobium(V) chloride at room temperature provides bissulfonylmethylenes in high yields.

of the rates of bromination and acid dissociation constants of the disulphones (EtSO2)2-CHMe, (MeSO2)2CH2, (EtSO2)2CH2, (EtSO2)2CHPh, and (EtSO2)2CHBr. For (EtSO2)2CHMe the order with respect to bromine is between zero and unity, and it was possible to derive both rates of ionization (and of the reaction of the anions with acids) and velocity constants for the reaction between anion and bromine or tribromide
