  The exchange reactions of (CH3)3SiM(CH3)2(M = N, P, As) with (CF3)2M′H(M′= P, As) were studied. The exchange of the two phosphine compounds produced (CH3)3SiP(CF3)2. In reactions where (CH3)3SiAs(CF3)2 formed it was found to slowly decompose.
