Complexes of M(III) & M(II) transitionmetals with N, N'-ethylene-bis-(2-amino-benzamide) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, molar condcutivity, magnetic susceptibility measurments, thermal studies , IR and electronic spectra. Based on these studies octahedral geometry has been proposed for these complexes.
