3-aryl-6-substituted thiazolopyrimidin-2(3H)-thione derivatives 4 and 6 have been synthesized by reacting thiazolopyrimidines 2 with ω -bromoacetophenone 3 and 2-chloro-N-(2-thiazolyl)acetamides 5 . The structure elucidation of the obtained compounds was performed by IR, 1 H-NMR, MASS spectroscopy, and elemental analyses.
