The methods are based on determining the levels of PAPPA2, NGAL, KRT20, or TACSTD2 protein in a sample from a patient, such as a urine sample. The present invention also provides a device and a diagnostics kit for determining whether a sample from a subject contains PAPPA2, NGAL, KRT20, or TACSTD2 protein.
