A series of new 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-4-(arylmethyleneamino)-4H-1,2,4-triazole derivatives 3 were prepared in good yields by treatment of 4-amino-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(pyridine- 4-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole (2) with selected aldehydes. Compounds 3 were reduced with NaBH4 to afford the corresponding 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-4-(arylmethylamino)-4H-1,2,4-triazole derivatives 4. Eighteen
通过对4-氨基的处理,以良好的收率制备了一系列新的3-(4-氯苯基)-5-(吡啶-4-基)-4-(芳基亚甲基氨基)-4H-1,2,4-三唑衍生物3 -3-(4-氯苯基)-5-(吡啶-4-基)-4H-1,2,4-三唑 (2) 与选定的醛。化合物 3 用 NaBH4 还原得到相应的 3-(4-氯苯基)-5-(吡啶-4-基)-4-(芳基甲基氨基)-4H-1,2,4-三唑衍生物 4。十八个新化合物是通过元素分析、IR、1H NMR 和 13C NMR 光谱数据合成和表征。筛选化合物的抗氧化和抗自由基活性。
