An efficient method for the preparation of N-formyl imide via amidine using propylphosphonic anhydride (T3P (R)) has been described. Using this method many aryl, hetero aryl, alkyl as well as amino acid imides were synthesized in high yields. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

本发明公开了一种可见光催化的 N ‑甲酰基酰胺化合物的制备方法,该方法中以LED灯作为光源提供能量,经济易得的二、三级酰胺作为反应底物,氯化铜为催化剂,氧气为氧化剂,市场可购买的盐酸为添加剂,硝基甲烷为溶剂。与现有技术相比较,本发明方法具有以下优点:1)采用绿色、温和、环境友好的可见光催化的反应模式;2)反应体系简单且底物范围广,芳香族和脂肪族酰胺均适用于该方法;3)氧气作为绿色的氧化剂;4)反应产率较高;5)操作比较简单;6)原料廉价易得。
