  研究了多官能苏-（1 S，2 S）-2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇衍生物与717阴离子交换树脂负载的溴的氧化反应。结果表明，在起始原料中，氧化产物与氮上的取代基密切相关。它的伯胺和仲胺衍生物在Na 2 HPO 4存在下被氧化，以高收率得到基本上为取代的手性恶唑啉或C（3）-O酰化产物，而其N，N-二甲基衍生物的氧化主要为手性N-甲基氧化甲酰化产物。首先在2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇化学中观察到这种选择性氧化。
