Provided are pi-conjugated polymer materials that are useful for photoelectric transducer elements having high hole transportability and excellent durability, that are useful for light-emitting elements having superior emitting properties and excellent durability, and that are useful for active layers of thin film transistors.
The pi-conjugated polymers comprise a constitutional unit expressed by the General Formula (I) or (II):
