Synthesis of new thiazole derivatives and evaluation of their antimicrobial and cytotoxic activities

derivatives (7a–7o) were synthesized and investigated for their antimicrobial activity. Among the tested compounds, 2-[(1H-Benzimidazol-2-yl)thio]-N-[4-(naphthalen-2-yl)thiazol-2-yl]propanamide (7e) and N-[4-(4-Chlorophenyl)thiazol-2-yl]-2-[(1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)thio]propanamide (7f) showed the highest antibacterial activity, whereas 2-[Benzothiazol-2-ylthio]-N-[4-(4-chlorophenyl)thiazol-2-yl]propanamide
摘要 合成了新型 2-杂芳基-N- [4-(取代芳基)噻唑-2-基]丙酰胺衍生物(7a-7o)并研究了它们的抗菌活性。在测试的化合物中,2-[(1H-Benzimidazol-2-yl)thio]-N-[4-(naphthalen-2-yl)thiazol-2-yl]propanamide (7e)和 N-[4-(4 -Chlorophenyl)thiazol-2-yl]-2-[(1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)thio]propanamide ( 7f)表现出最高的抗菌活性,而 2-[Benzothiazol-2-ylthio]-N -[4-(4-氯苯基)噻唑-2-基]丙酰胺( 7i)和2-[(1H-苯并咪唑-2-基)硫代]-N-[4-(4-氯苯基)噻唑-2-基]丙酰胺 ( 7j)对近平滑念珠菌和光滑念珠菌显示出抗念珠菌作用. 还针对 HL-60 人白血病细胞、THP-1
