  Whole‐genome sequencing was used to identify a new glycopeptide biosynthetic cluster and harvest its modifying enzymes. These enzymes can be used in vitro and in vivo to increase chemical diversity, expanding the toolbox of enzymes that can be used to create derivatives of this important class of antibiotic.
