  本发明涉及医药生产技术领域内的一种琥珀酸曲格列汀的制备方法，其以2‑[(6‑氯‑3‑甲基‑2,4‑二氧代‑3,4‑二氢嘧啶‑1(2H)‑基)甲基]‑4‑氟苯甲腈（Ⅱ）和3‑氨基哌啶（Ⅰ）为起始原料，先将3‑氨基哌啶和苯甲醛反应生成N‑亚苄基哌啶‑3‑胺（Ⅲ），对伯氨基进行保护，然后生产的Ⅲ再与Ⅱ进行缩合，生产缩合物（Ⅳ），Ⅳ在酸性条件下酸解脱去保护基，得到曲格列汀粗品（Ⅴ），最后Ⅴ跟琥珀酸成盐得到琥珀酸曲格列汀（Ⅵ）。此工艺合成方法选择的原料便宜易得，苯甲醛可以循环套用损耗小，物料成本低，是一种新的合成方法。
