  摘要：

  本发明公开了一种生产山梨酸钾颗粒的方法，包括以下步骤：(1)准备山梨酸钾溶液；(2)喷雾干燥；(3)喷雾成型；(4)在振动流化床上间接蒸汽干燥；(5)摇摆式筛分；在步骤(3)中，在将山梨酸钾溶液制备成的喷雾干燥剂中添加山梨醇后进行喷雾干燥以获得粘合剂，并将粘合剂与在步骤(2)中喷雾干燥获得的山梨酸钾粉末混合进行喷雾成型处理；按重量比，制备粘合剂所需的山梨醇与制备粘合剂所需的山梨酸钾溶液的重量比为0.05-0.1%：1。本发明的有益效果是：粉末颗粒具有适当的粘结效果，良好的破碎效果和良好的球化效果，颗粒的均匀性好。
