In this work, two new InIII-based coordination polymers (H2NMe2)3[In(TATAB)2](H2O)6}n (1, H3TATAB = 4,4′,4″-s-triazine-1,3,5-triyl-tri-p-aminobenzoic acid) and (Me2NH2)2[In2(TTA)2(FA)2] (DMF)3}n (2, H3TTA = 4,4′,4″-[(2,4,6-trimethylbenzene-1,3,5-triyl)tris(methylene)]tris(oxy)}tribenzoic acid, HFA = 2-fluorobenzoic acid, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) are successfully prepared under solvothermal conditions
在这项工作中,两种新的基于 InIII 的配位聚合物 (H2NMe2)3[In(TATAB)2](H2O)6}n (1, H3TATAB = 4,4′,4″-s-triazine-1,3, 5-triyl-tri-p-aminobenzoic acid) 和 (Me2NH2)2[In2(TTA)2(FA)2] (DMF)3}n (2, H3TTA = 4,4',4″-[(在溶剂热条件下成功制备了2,4,6-三甲苯-1,3,5-三(亚甲基)]三(氧基)}三苯甲酸,HFA = 2-氟苯甲酸,DMF = N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)并通过单晶 X 射线研究 (SCXRD) 和粉末 X 射线分析 (PXRD) 对其进行结构表征。此外,进一步研究了化合物 1 和 2 对三种人血管瘤细胞(HMEC-1、EAhy926 和 SV40)的体外抗癌活性。
