    本发明涉及阳离子表面活性剂技术领域,本发明提供了一种双酯基Gemini季铵盐及其制备方法和应用。采用非均相负载型催化剂催化酯化反应,反应效率高,催化剂稳定性好,可回收再利用,避免了传统亚磷酸等均相催化剂在产物中的残留;采用有机酸作为酸碱中和剂,生产装置要求简易且作业环境相对安全。得到的产品在应用中对金属材质类设备基本无腐蚀性,水溶性良好,生物降解性好,具备低毒低刺激、杀菌效率高和抗菌谱图广的特点,作为织物柔软剂的主成分来使用,在织物柔顺性上与传统D1821和酯基季铵盐相当;并且产品与阴离子、非离子表面活性剂配伍性优良,可作为抑菌性洗涤剂的主杀菌成分来使用。
