摘要 2-(1,3-苯并间二氧杂环己烷-5-基)乙腈与双(2-氯乙基)醚烷基化得到4-(1,3-苯并间二氧杂环己烷-5-基)-四氢-2H-吡喃-4-甲腈用四氢铝酸锂将其还原为[4-(1,3-苯并间二氧杂环己烷-5-基)-四氢-2H-吡喃-4-基]甲胺。后者与芳氧基甲基环氧乙烷反应生成相应的1-(芳氧基)-3-([4-(1,3-苯并二氧杂环戊醇-5-基)-四氢-2H-吡喃-4-基]甲基}氨基)丙烷-2-ols。相同的胺与氯乙酰氯反应得到N -[4-(1,3-苯并间二氧杂环己烷-5-基)-四氢-2H-吡喃-4-基]甲基}-2-氯乙酰胺,将其用仲乙酰胺处理胺和杂环硫醇,得到N -[4-(1,3-苯并间二氧杂环己烷-5-基)-四氢-2H-吡喃-4-基]甲基}-取代的2-氨基-和2-硫烷基乙酰胺衍生物。评估合成的化合物的抗氧化活性。
