Abstract Reaction between acyl chloride and substituted aromatic amines for the synthesis of new diamide compounds was investigated. 摘要 研究了酰氯与取代的芳族胺之间的反应,用于合成新的二酰胺化合物。然后,通过1 H NMR,13 C NMR,COSY,HSQC,GC-MS和IR光谱对它们的化学结构进行表征。成功合成二酰胺衍生物后,清除2,2-二苯基-1-吡啶并肼基(DPPH)自由基,2,2'-叠氮基双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS)和亚铁离子(Fe 2 +)根据抗氧化性能研究了合成分子的螯合活性。IC 50计算在初步研究中显示活化的化合物以及阳性对照BHT,BHA和trolox的值。另外,当测试合成的二酰胺的抗微生物活性时,已经清楚地看到(1S,2S)-4,5-二甲基-N 1,N 2-二苯基环己基-4-烯-1,2 -二甲酰胺(Va)对金黄色葡萄球菌和(1 S,2 S)-4,5-二甲基-N 1,N 2-双(2-(三(氟甲基)苯基)环己-4-烯- 1,2-二甲酰胺(Ve)显示出对产气链球菌的抗菌活性。
