  设计合成了13种首次报道的2-( N- (3-硝基苯基) -N-苯磺酰基)氨基乙酰异羟肟酸作为新型脲酶抑制剂。它们中的大多数表现出比阳性对照乙酰氧肟酸更高的效力，其中 2-( N -(3-硝基苯基)- N -(4-溴苯磺酰基)氨基乙酰氧肟酸 ( d7 ) 活性最高 (IC 50  = 0.13 ± 0.01 μM) . 化合物d7以混合机制可逆地抑制脲酶，显示出对脲酶活性位点的优异结合亲和力（K D  = 0.34 nM，钾一世=0.065 ± 0.003 µM 和钾一世‘ = 1.20 ± 0.09 µM) 并且对哺乳动物细胞的细胞毒性非常低（在 250 μg/mL 时细胞对 HepG2 的细胞活力为 91.4%）。这些积极的结果表明，d7可作为进一步研究的先导，以开发具有良好性能的脲酶抑制剂。

  H2O2 in combination with SOCl2 proved to be it highly reactive reagent for the direct oxidative conversion of thiol derivatives to the corresponding sulfonyl chlorides with high purity through oxidative chlorination. Upon reaction with amines, the corresponding sulfonamides were obtained in excellent yields and in very short reaction times.

  In this paper, a new method for oxidative chlorination of thiols to sulfonyl chlorides and sulfonamides using H2O2 in the presence of TMSCl is reported.
