  本发明涉及一种手性烯丙基硫醇羧酸酯及其制备方法，该手性烯丙基硫醇羧酸酯的化学结构式如下：其中，R1选自C1‑C16的烷基、C4‑C10的含N、O或硫的杂环基或者C4‑C10的含N、O或硫的杂芳基、芳基；R2选自C1‑C16的烷基或芳基；在有机溶剂中，‑20℃～30℃下，以硫代羧酸钾盐和烯丙基碳酸酯类化合物为原料，以[Ir(COD)Cl]2与配体作用生成的铱络合物作为催化剂，在添加剂的作用下反应2‑48小时，经过重结晶、薄层层析、柱层析或减压蒸馏的分离后得到手性烯丙基硫醇羧酸酯。与现有技术相比，本发明具有催化剂易得、催化活性高、条件温和、底物适用范围广等优点。

  Chiral allylic thioesters were synthesized through a direct iridium-catalyzed asymmetric allylation of KSAc in the presence of KOAc. This strategy provided branched allylic thioesters in good yields with the high levels of enantioselectivity.
