姜黄素衍生物是由3,5-二甲基异恶唑通过侧向金属化并与各种芳族醛在C5和C3-甲基上依次缩合成功合成的。脱水后,通过使用六羰基钼[Mo(CO)6]进行还原性开环并随后进行简单的酸性水解,可实现异恶唑环向b-二酮部分的进一步转化。关键词:姜黄素衍生物还原性开环六羰基钼横向金属化
