制备方法与用途

化学性质

酸性橙 E-3R 是一种橙黄色粉末，极易溶于冷水和热水中，在90℃的水中溶解度为50g/L。其水溶液呈黄色，易溶于乙醇，此时呈现橙棕色。在浓硫酸中显黄色，稀释后变为暗黄色并产生沉淀。染色过程中遇铜离子时颜色微绿，遇铁离子时则会变暗。

用途

酸性橙 E-3R 可用于羊毛、蚕丝和锦纶的染色，并适用于这些纺织物的着色。主要应用于锦纶的单独染色或作为三原色进行拼色。其匀染性和移染性良好，适合染混纺织物中的纤维素纤维及醋酸纤维，不会使其沾色，也可用于皮革着色。

生产方法

以2,4-二硝基氯苯和2-苯胺基-5-氨基苯磺酸为原料，在碱性条件下加入相转移催化剂TEBA（或PEG400-600），在50-60℃下进行缩合反应，即可得到目标产物。随后通过过滤、干燥、粉碎等步骤获得成品。
