  [EN] Disclosed herein are an HIF-I inhibitor, a method for the preparation thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient The BDDF-I inhibitor shows anticancer activity thanks to the inhibition activity against HIF-I, a transcription factor which plays an important role in the growth and metastasis of cancer, but not to general cytotoxicity. Thus, the HIF-inhibitor and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can be used as a therapeutic for various cancers such as liver cancer, stomach cancer and breast cancer. Also, the compound having inhibition activity against HDDF-I is useful in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy and arthritis, which are aggravated by HEF-l-mediated VEGF expression.
  [FR] La présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de HIF-1, un procédé de préparation de celui-ci et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant cet inhibiteur comme ingrédient actif. Ledit inhibiteur de HIF-1 présente une activité anticancéreuse en raison de son activité d'inhibition par rapport à HIF-1, un facteur de transcription qui joue un rôle important dans la croissance et la métastase d'un cancer, mais pas en raison d'une cytotoxicité générale. Ainsi, il est possible d'utiliser l'inhibiteur de HIF-1 et un sel de celui-ci, pharmaceutiquement acceptable, en tant qu'agent thérapeutique pour traiter divers cancers tels que le cancer du foie, le cancer de l'estomac et le cancer du sein. Le composé présentant une activité d'inhibition par rapport à HIF-1 est également utilisé pour traiter une rétinopathie diabétique et une arthrite qui sont aggravées par l'expression du VEGF à médiation par HIF-1.
