  (EN) The invention refers to novel 2-(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives of formula (I) having an influence on the heart and the central nervous system, furthermore pharmaceutical compositions containing the above derivatives, and a process for the preparation of the novel compounds. In formula (I) R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group or a phenyl group optionally substituted by 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group defined in the application, Z stands for a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkoxy group, R0 means a group of the formula Alk-NR4R5 wherein Alk is a C1-6 straight or branched chain alkylene group, R4 and R5 represent, independently, a hydrogen atom, a C2-6 alkenyl group, a C1-8 alkyl group optionally substituted by a substituent selected from the group defined in the application, or R4 and R5 form together with the adjacent nitrogen atom and optionally with one or more further nitrogen and/or oxygen and/or sulfur atom(s) a 5- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group, optionally substituted, one of R2 and R3 is an amino group, while the other stands for an amino group or a 5- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group containing one or more nitrogen and/or oxygen and/or sulfur atom(s) and being linked through its nitrogen atom, said heterocyclic group being optionally substituted or the latter one of R2 and R3 means a group of formula -SR wherein R represents a C1-8 alkyl group, a C2-6 alkenyl group or a C2-6 alkinyl group, wherein the alkyl group is optionally substituted by a phenyl group or a halophenyl group, and optionally one or both amino group(s) is/are substituted by 1 or 2 substituent(s) selected from the group consisting of a C1-6 alkyl group, a C2-6 alkenyl group, a phenyl(C1-4 alkyl) group or a halophenyl-(C1-4 alkyl) group.(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de 2-(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)-1,3,4, thiadiazole représentés par la formule (I) et exerçant une influence sur le coeur et sur le système nerveux central, des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces dérivés et un procédé servant à préparer ces nouveaux composés. Dans la formule (I), R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle C1-4 ou un groupe phényle éventuellement substitué par 1 à 3 substituants sélectionnés dans le groupe défini dans le descriptif; Z représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkoxy C1-4, RO représente un groupe de formule Alk-NR4R5 dans laquelle Alk représente un groupe alkylène C1-6 à chaîne droite ou ramifiée, R4 et R5 représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alcényle C2-6, un groupe alkyle C1-8 éventuellement substitué par un substituant sélectionné dans le groupe défini dans le descriptif; R4 et R5 constituent avec l'atome contigu d'azote et, éventuellement, avec un ou plusieurs autres atomes d'azote, d'oxygène ou de soufre un groupe hétérocyclique saturé comportant 5 à 10 éléments éventuellement substitué; un de R2 et R3 représente un groupe amino, tandis que l'autre représente un groupe amino ou un groupe hétérocyclique saturé comportant 5 à 10 éléments et contenant un ou plusieurs atomes d'azote, d'oxygène ou de soufre et qui est relié par son atome d'azote, ce groupe hétérocyclique étant éventuellement substitué; ou le dernier de R2 et R3 représentant un groupe de formule -SR dans laquelle R représente un groupe alkyle C1-8, un groupe alcényle C2-6 ou un groupe alkinyle C2-6, le groupe alkyle étant éventuellement substitué par un groupe phényle ou un groupe halophényle, un ou deux groupes amino étant éventuellement substitués par 1 ou 2 substituants sélectionnées dans le groupe constitué par un groupe alkyle C1-6, un groupe alcényle C2-6, un groupe phénylalkyle C1-4 ou un groupe halophénylalkyle C1-4.
