[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A protease reaction promoter which contains at least one member selected from among an acetate group-containing compound or its salt, N-acyltaurine or its salt and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate or its salt; a method of promoting a protease reaction by using this protease reaction promoter, a stabilizer reagent containing cyclodextrin for stabilizing a colorant to be used in detecting an enzymatic reaction; a method of stabilization via the coexistence of cyclodextrin with the above colorant; and a reagent and a method for measuring a glycosylated protein and the ratio of a glycosylated protein with the use of the protease reaction promoter and/or the reagent containing cyclodextrin as described above.
