Herein, by employing a rhodium catalyst with a commercial ligand and a phosphoric acid catalyst, highly chemo-, regio-, and enantioselective hydroaminomethylation of olefins is realized through a relay catalytic hydroformylation/dynamic kinetic reductive amination process.
