  Es wird eine Zusammensetzung für transdermale therapeuti­sche Systeme beschrieben, die als Wirkstoff Furosemid, Pi­retanid oder Lemidosul oder ein physiologisch verträg­liches Salz dieser Schleifendiuretika in einer Grundlage bestehend aus einem Fettsäurealkanolamid oder einem Fettsäurealkanolamidgemisch mit 8-18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettsäurerest und 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und 1 bis 3 Hydroxygruppen im Alkanolamidrest und gegebenenfalls einem Carbonsäureester oder einem Carbonsäureestergemisch mit jeweils 1-22 Kohlenstoffatomen im Carbonsäureteil und 1-22 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkoholteil enthält.
