制备将1,3-硫代二丙酸二甲酯(1130.0克,630.3毫摩尔)和氢化钠(60%,22.7克,945.5毫摩尔)加入装有500毫升四氢呋喃的烧瓶中。将混合物在室温下搅拌4小时。反应结束后,向上述混合液中加入1000毫升水,并用二氯甲烷多次萃取。所得有机相使用无水硫酸钠干燥,通过减压回收二氯甲烷得到黄色液体四氢-4-氧代-2H-噻喃-3-甲酸甲酯,总收率为95.0%,产量为104.3克。
