  摘要：

  本发明公开了一种喹喔啉杂环衍生物的合成方法，其步骤为：在水溶性碱作用下，邻硝基苯胺化合物与邻二醇化合物通过分子间氧化还原反应和缩合环化反应一步制备喹喔啉杂环衍生物。该方法无需使用昂贵的过渡金属催化剂及配体，而是使用水溶性碱为促进剂，该碱可通过水洗方式除去，因而产物无过渡金属残留，产物分离容易，回收率高且方法条件简单、易于操作、对设备要求较低，水溶性碱为促进剂，唯一副产物为水，原子经济型高，具有良好的研究和工业应用前景。
