    A nitrile copolymer latex composition containing a latex of a nitrile copolymer rubber (A) having α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units in 10 to 75 wt%, conjugated diene monomer units in 5 to 89.9 wt%, and cationic monomer units and/or monomer units able to form cations in 0.1 to 20 wt%, an inorganic filler (B) having an aspect ratio of 30 to 2,000, and a plasticizer (C) having an SP value by the HOY method of 8 to 10.2 (cal/cm3)1/2, wherein a content of said plasticizer (C) is 0.1 to 200 parts by weight with respect to said nitrile copolymer rubber (A) as 100 parts by weight is provided.

    The invention provides a nitrile rubber composition comprising nitrile rubber (A) comprising 25 to 60% by weight of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, 40 to 75% by weight of a conjugated diene monomer unit, at least part of which may be hydrogenated, and 0 to 30% by weight of a cationic monomer unit, and a laminar inorganic filler (B) contained in a proportion of 1 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the nitrile rubber (A), in said laminar organic tiller (B), a) a ratio of a particle size distribution area of particles having a volume-based particle diameter of at least 1.0 µm being at most 30%, b) a maximum peak particle diameter being 0.10 to 1.0 µm, and c) a frequency volume in the maximum peak particle diameter being at least 3.0%, a crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition and a crosslinked rubber material thereof, and a production process of the nitrile rubber composition, in which a latex of the nitrile rubber (A) and an aqueous dispersion of the laminar inorganic filler are mixed, coagulated and dried.

    Provided is a polyvinyl acetal film which, when used as an intermediate film for a laminated glass, can provide a laminated glass that exhibits a low degree of yellowness and excellent surface appearance, and which is thus useful as a sealing material or intermediate film that can prolong the life of a laminated glass provided with a solar cell or a functional unit. Further, the content of corrosion-causing substance in the polyvinyl acetal film is low, so that the polyvinyl acetal film permits high-temperature lamination and thus ensures excellent productivity. Also provided are a solar cell module and a laminated glass prepared using the polyvinyl acetal film. A plasticized polyvinyl acetal film which comprises 15 to 60 parts by mass of a plasticizer having a total number of 28 or more of carbon atoms and oxygen atoms constituting a molecule based on 100 parts by mass of a polyvinyl acetal resin, and which has an acid value of 5.0 meq/kg or less.

A polyvinyl acetal resin film, having a thickness distribution in the width direction of 10% or less, and a volatile matter content of 1.0 mass% or less, in which as to a portion of 5% of the total width inside from each of both edges in the width direction, when each portion is heated at 150°C for 30 minutes, the larger value of the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD 1, and the other value is referred to as heat shrinkage MD2, and when central portion in the width direction of the film is heated at 150°C for 30 minutes, the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD3, all the heat shrinkage MD1, heat shrinkage MD2, and heat shrinkage MD3 are 3 to 20%.
