  (EN) The disclosure describes novel precursors for the preparation of chiral 1,3-aminoalcohols. The precursors are chiral 4-hydroxycarboxamides, 4-hydroxyhydroxamic acids, or 4-hydroxyhydrazides produced from chiral gamma-lactones, which in turn are derived from 1,4 diols by stereoselective oxidation. The chiral 4-hydroxycarboxamides, 4-hydroxyhydroxamic acids, or 4-hydroxyhydrazides are converted into chiral 1,3-aminoalcohols by stereospecific rearrangement.(FR) L'invention porte sur de nouveaux précurseurs utilisés dans la préparation de 1,3-amino-alcools chiraux. Ces précurseurs sont des 4-hydroxycarbamides chiraux, des acides 4-hydroxycarboxamiques ou des 4 hydroxyhydrazides obtenus à partir de gamma-lactones chirales, elles-mêmes dérivées de 1,4 diols par oxydation stéréosélective. Les 4-hydroxycarbamides chiraux, les acides 4-hydroxycarboxamiques ou les 4 hydroxyhydrazides sont transformés en 1,3-amino-alcools chiraux par réagencement stéréospécifique.
