  Lithium 1,1,3,3,3-pentafluoropropene-2-olate and chlorodialkyl phosphites, or chlorobis(diethylamido) phosphite, react to give 1-trifluoromethyl-2,2-difluoroethenyl phosphites, which add hexafluoroacetone with the formation of 2,2-dialkyl-2-(1-trifluoromethyl-2,2-difluoroethenyloxy)-4,4,5,5-tetrakis(trifluoromethyl)-1,3,2 lambda(5) sigma(5)-dioxaphospholanes.
