Besonders 3h vermag turmorhemmende Effekte auszulösen.

  2-脲基-4 (3H) -嘧啶酮 3a-h 是由胍甲酰胺 (1) 与 β-酮羧酸酯 2a – h 缩合而成的。从 1 与 2-氧代环己烷羧酸乙酯 (2i) 缩合生成 2-ureido-5,6,7,8-四氢-4 (3 H)-喹唑酮可以明显看出这种反应模式向环状酮羧酸酯的可转移性(3i)。特别是 3 小时可以触发抑制混乱的效果。
