  本发明提供了一种橡胶助剂1，6‑二（N,N‑二苄基氨基甲酰二硫）己烷的制备方法，该方法以1,6‑二巯基己烷为原料，先与双氧水反应形成1,2‑二硫代环辛烷，然后1,2‑二硫代环辛烷与氯气反应形成1,6‑二次磺酰氯辛烷，1,6‑二次磺酰氯辛烷再与二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸盐反应形成最终的产物。本发明合成工艺简洁易于操作，缩短了反应时间，提高了生产效率和收率；不使用有毒有害物质甲醛，不使用1,6‑双硫代硫酸基己烷二钠盐水合物，减少了大量的含有无机盐的有机废水，所用溶剂可以经过简单处理后重新再利用，工艺相对清洁环保。
