  Abstract A visible-light induced metal-free approach was described for the hydroxyalkylation of 2H-benzothiazoles with alcohols by using selectfluor as the oxidant. A variety of 2H-benzothiazoles and alcohols could be tolerated, providing a mild and simple method for the synthesis of C2-hydroxyalkylated 2H-benzothiazoles in moderate to good yields.   本发明公开了一种C2取代2H‑苯并噻唑羟基烷基化衍生物的制备方法，所述制备方法为：将取代2H‑苯并噻唑与脂肪醇混合，以有机染料光敏剂为催化剂，在氮气保护和LED白光灯照射下于溶剂中进行常温搅拌反应，TLC监测至反应结束后，反应液分离纯化制得C2取代2H‑苯并噻唑羟基烷基化衍生物。本发明通过采用上述技术，以价廉易得的有机染料为催化剂，经可见光诱导的合成2H‑苯并噻唑C2羟基烷基化衍生物的新方法，该方法催化体系简单、反应条件温和、催化剂价廉易得、收率良好。
