制备方法与用途

化学性质

一般为褐色膏状物，在石油中精制结晶可得针状晶体。熔点为102℃，沸点在1.6kPa压力下为238℃。该物质易溶于水和乙醇，不溶于乙醚。遇光、热或撞击易分解，并具有一定的爆炸危险。

用途

蓝色盐VB主要用于棉的染色，也用于黏胶纤维及其混纺织物的染色，以及棉布的印花。与色酚AS偶合染蓝色时，其偶合能力较差，但偶合速度中等。

生产方法

以对硝基氯苯和对氨基苯甲醚为原料，首先将对硝基氯苯磺化得4-硝基氯苯-3-磺酸，然后与对氨基苯甲醚缩合。接着将缩合产物还原、水解后得到目标产物。最后经重氮化、盐析、过滤和烘干即可获得成品。
