制备方法与用途

合成制备方法

首先由苯酚经磺化、溴化、水解制得二溴苯酚，再与环氧氯丙烷反应制得本品。

1. 二溴苯酚的制备：将98%硫酸在44～50℃下搅拌滴加至已加热至相同温度的苯酚中。加完后升温至100℃并保温3小时，以确保充分反应。随后加入冰水使固体溶解，并于20℃下滴加溴，在通入氯气的同时进行滴加。滴加完成后停止通氯气，并在搅拌条件下加入亚硫酸氢钠反应30分钟，除去未反应的溴。反应产物经过滤，得到三溴化物滤饼；滤液中通入过热水蒸气水解后，再经蒸馏去除含有三溴和一溴物的初馏分。当内温达到155℃以上时收集馏出液，冷却析出结晶，过滤、甩干即得二溴苯酚。

2. 二溴苯缩水甘油醚的合成：将二溴苯酚、氢氧化钠和水加入反应釜中搅拌混合至全部溶解。冷却降温至10℃左右后，在搅拌下滴加环氧氯丙烷，并在25℃继续反应40小时以上。反应结束后，用苯萃取二溴苯基缩水甘油醚，静置分层分离出萃取液和碱水。加入无水碳酸钾进行干燥并过滤滤液减压蒸馏后即得成品。

用途

本品可与环氧树脂以任意比例混合，配制成各种阻燃环氧树脂灌封料及包封材料。适用于制造各类阻燃绝缘层压板、阻燃绝缘浸渍涂料、环氧型和聚酯型阻燃玻璃钢以及阻燃型胶黏剂等。通过端基改型还可制造出阻燃环氧树脂、阻燃酚醛树脂及阻燃型聚氨酯泡沫塑料。此外，本品还适用于ABS、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯等多种材料的阻燃处理。
