体内研究

Loreclezole (10, 25, 50 或 75 mg/kg，腹腔注射，60 分钟前给予) 能剂量依赖性地提高癫痫阈值。具体而言，在 60 分钟后以戊四氮（PTZ）剂量测量诱发抽搐所需的剂量时，Loreclezole 可显著增加癫痫阈值。同时，与肌肉张力下降相关的“拉伸”测试结果显示，Loreclezole 的影响最小。
