The device relates to reconstructional traumatology. The device comprises a central rod (1) introduced into the medullar channels (2) of fragments (5, 6) of a bone (3) and a tubular element (4) mounted on the rod (1) at the point of the lost fraction of the bone (3) and corresponding, by its dimensions, to those of the lost fraction of the bone (3). The tubular element (4) consists of an envelope (7), made of biocompatible polymers, and of a layer (8) of a polymer porous material which is introduced between the rod (1) and the envelope (7) and which contains a biomass of homogenized bone tissues. The invention may be used for restoring bone fractions lost due to total deflects in long tubular bones after extensive traumas or injuries as well after extensive pathological changes of bone tissue (tumors, tubercular damage).
