of the 4,7-dichloro thiazolo [4,5-d] pyridazines could afford compounds of ambiguous structure. The structure of alcoxychlorothiazolopyridazines, aminochlorothiazolopyridazines and oxodihydrochlorothiazolopyridazines thus obtained was established by comparing the physical properties of the 2-α-thienyl 4,7-dioxo 4,5,6,7 -tetrahydro 5-methyl thiazolo [4,5-d] pyridazine obtained from a partially substituted
