gamma-Maghemite-silica nanocomposite has been applied as a green catalyst to synthesize variety of aromatic N-heterocycles under solvent free conditions. Characterization was done by modern analytical tools (UV, IR, AAS, DSC, EDXRF, powdered XRD, EPR, Mossbauer and TEM).
