Metal-Free Azaphosphaannulation of Phosphonamides through Intramolecular Oxidative C–N Bond Formation

We report an efficient metal-free azaphosphaannulation of a myriad of phosphonamides through intramolecular oxidative C-N bond formation using Phl(OAc)(2) and iodine in acetonitrile under air, thus leading to the formation of benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxides, which are novel phosphorus heterocyclic privileged structures.

본 발명은 새로운 벤즈아자포스폴-3-온 1-옥사이드 유도체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 벤즈아자포스폴-3-온 1-옥사이드 유도체의 제조방법은 산화제와 할로겐계 첨가제 존재 하에 출발물질인 포스폰아마이드 유도체의 분자내 산화성 탄소-질소 결합 반응을 통해 선택적으로 벤즈아자포스폴-3-온 1-옥사이드 유도체를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
