  本发明公开了同时含有受阻酚和受阻胺结构的耐候防老化助剂的制备方法。该方法以物质的摩尔量计，将式I所示的哌啶醇类化合物，式II含有一个侧链的丙二酸二酯和如式III的酚类化合物按2.0～2.2:1:0.9～1.1的比例溶于原料总质量1～5倍的有机溶剂，加热后依次加入第一催化剂和第二催化剂，在90～180℃下回流12～20h；反应结束后，在反应液中加入有机酸将其pH调至6.5～7.5，过滤掉第一催化剂和第二催化剂，用20～80℃水洗涤并分液，再将有机层中的溶剂蒸出，并用小分子醇重结晶，得产物；本发明提供一种反应过程简单，成本低，产品收率高的同时含有受阻酚和受阻胺结构的耐候防老化助剂的制备方法。
