  本发明公开了一种结构可订制型1,2‑二脂肪酸甘油酯的化学合成方法，其特征在于包含以下步骤：（a）称取一定量的3‑氯甘油和醋酸钠加入到带有回流冷凝装置的反应器中，得到单乙酸甘油酯；（b）在碱催化剂存在下，按照订制需要选择生物柴油的脂肪酸甲酯种类，将单乙酸甘油酯在有机溶剂中与生物柴油加热回流，得到甘油三酯；（c）将上步得到的甘油三酯溶于适量甲醇中，加入碳酸钾后在室温下反应，经有机溶剂萃取、重结晶后可获得高纯度（>90%）的1,2‑二脂肪酸甘油酯。本发明合成路线简便、后处理简单、总收率高（>75%），可有效的合成1,2‑二脂肪酸甘油酯。
