  报道了合成对映体纯的烯丙基胺的改进方案。来自天然氨基酸的N保护的α-氨基酯经过一锅串联还原-烯烃化工艺处理。在-78℃下用DIBAL-H顺序还原，然后原位添加有机磷试剂，得到了相应的烯丙基胺，而无需分离中间体醛。这就避免了醛的不稳定性问题。该方法对Wittig和Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons有机磷试剂均具有良好的耐受性。与以前的一锅法相比，观察到更好的Z-（对位）立体选择性。该方法的（非）立体选择性不受反应溶剂或所用DIBAL-H的量的影响。
