  [FR] L'invention se rapporte à un procédé qui permet d'effectuer l'estérification sélective de glycérol et de dérivés 1-glycéryle pour les transformer en glycérides 1,3-disubstitués. Ce procédé utilise un solvant immiscible dans l'eau et soit un hydrocarbure soit un hydrocarbure halogéné, une 1,3-lipase ainsi que des anhydrides d'acide gras. Ce mélange de réaction entraîne l'estérification sélective des groupes d'alcool primaire de glycérol ou de dérivés de glycérol. Les dérivés préférés de glycérol sont les composés alkyléthers, alkylphosphates, phospholipides, alkylphosphates et dialkylphosphates et les sucres glycosides.
  [EN] A process for the selective esterification of glycerol and 1-glyceryl derivatives to 1,3-disubstituted glycerides is disclosed. This process uses a water immiscible solvent, either a hydrocarbon or halogenated hydrocarbon, a 1,3-lipase and fatty acid anhydrides. This reaction mixture selectively esterifies the primary alcohol groups of glycerol or glycerol derivatives. The preferred derivatives of glycerol are alkyl ethers, alkyl phosphates, phospholipids, alkyl and dialkyl phosphates, and sugar glycosides.
