Synthesis of N,N′,2-triaryl-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxamides and their reactions with p-toluidine and hydrazine hydrate

Reaction of N-arylacetoacetamides with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of piperidine in ethanol afforded N,N',2-triaryl-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxamides. The latter reacted with p-toluidine leading to the formation of dehydration products. Reactions of N,N',2-triaryl-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxamides with hydrazine hydrate and cyanoacetic acid hydrazide gave rise to tetrahydroindazoles. Some of the obtained compounds showed antimicrobial activity.

Abstract Novel hydrazone and 1,2,4-triazole-3-thione derivatives were obtained via the reaction of N1,N3,2-triaryl-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxamides with acid hydrazides and thiosemicarbazide, respectively. Structure of the products was proved using IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy methods. Some of the synthesized compounds were tested for antimicrobialactivity
摘要 N 1 , N 3 ,2-三芳基-6-羟基-6-甲基-4-氧代环己烷-1,3-二甲酰胺与酸反应得到新型腙和1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮衍生物酰肼和氨基硫脲。使用IR和1 H NMR光谱方法证明了产物的结构。测试了一些合成的化合物的抗微生物活性
